Every day, our customers trust Scowtt with data that sits at the heart of their businesses.
Our AI Marketing product uses CRM, customer journey, advertising, and conversion data to develop predictive models that improve advertising performance and return on ad spend. Our AI Sales Agent uses customer and prospect context to create more relevant conversations, improve engagement, and help sales teams operate more efficiently.
These capabilities depend on data. With that data comes an important responsibility: protecting it with the utmost care.
At Scowtt, we have always believed that security is not something you add before an audit. It must be built into the architecture from day one—and reinforced through the way products are designed, software is developed, and systems are operated.
As we have expanded the role of AI across marketing and sales, a few principles have consistently guided our engineering decisions.
Customer data is isolated by design. Each customer operates within a dedicated cloud environment protected by strict access boundaries and least-privilege controls. Isolation is not simply a policy within our platform; it is an architectural decision.
Our predictive models are also designed to create value from each customer’s own first-party data. We do not pool one customer’s data with another customer’s data to improve model outcomes. The information a customer entrusts to Scowtt should create value for that customer—not benefit someone else.
We are equally deliberate about minimizing the information we need. Our models operate primarily on behavioral and business-outcome signals. Where identifiers are required to activate predictions across marketing or sales platforms, they are handled using industry-standard protections.
These architectural principles are supported by security practices embedded throughout our engineering lifecycle. Infrastructure as code, automated security checks, peer review, continuous monitoring, strong identity and access controls, and encryption throughout the platform are all part of how we build and operate every day.
Together, these decisions reflect a simple belief: AI systems must do more than deliver meaningful business outcomes. They must operate within clearly defined boundaries that protect customer data and support its responsible use.
We are proud to announce that Scowtt has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II examination, conducted by Prescient Security, and received an independent auditor’s attestation.
A SOC 2 Type II examination evaluates whether the controls included within the scope of the report operated effectively over a defined period—not simply whether they existed at a single point in time.
That distinction is important to us. Security policies and technical controls only create value when they are consistently followed. Our SOC 2 Type II attestation independently validates that the practices supporting our security program are operating as intended, not merely documented on paper.
For our customers and partners, this attestation provides an additional level of independent assurance when evaluating Scowtt as a trusted technology provider.
It demonstrates our commitment to protecting the systems and data entrusted to us, maintaining repeatable security and operational processes, and holding ourselves accountable to recognized industry standards.
It can also help simplify security and vendor-risk reviews for organizations evaluating Scowtt or expanding their relationship with us.
Most importantly, the attestation supports a principle that has guided us from the beginning: businesses should be able to use AI to improve how they market, sell, and grow without compromising the security of the data that makes those capabilities possible.
Trust requires more than strong internal controls. It also requires transparency.
Alongside our SOC 2 Type II attestation, we have launched the Scowtt Security Hub, which provides an overview of our approach to security and customer data protection.
We have also published the Scowtt Trust Center, where customers and partners can review information about our security, privacy, and compliance program and request access to relevant assurance documentation.
Together, these resources make it easier for organizations to understand how Scowtt approaches security and obtain the information they need throughout their relationship with us.
Completing our SOC 2 Type II examination is an important milestone, but it is not the end of our security journey.
Security is a continuous discipline. As our products evolve and our customers entrust Scowtt with increasingly important use cases, we will continue strengthening our controls, monitoring emerging risks, and investing in the people, processes, and technology required to protect their data.
Thank you to the Scowtt engineering team for making security part of how we build every day, and to our partners at Prescient Security and Keygraph for helping us mature our security program.
As we continue building AI for enterprise growth, trust will remain one of the most important features we ship.
